Once your goods are shipped out, we will send the shipping documents (B/L and Invoice) to you. The shipping company will contact you once the goods arrive at the destination port. Once the goods arrive at your destination port, you can pick up the goods from the port with the shipping documents, but you need to do custom clearance. Every country has different custom policy, you also need to pay some extra fee that depends on each country’s requirement, you’d better inquire from your local custom or agent for details. If necessary, you can find an agent to do the custom clearance and pick up the goods for you.
